At Sharelo, you can receive notifications when viewers do some specific actions like responding with text or video, reaching the end screen, and more. You can set up the default behavior in the settings page and then customize your default settings in each story editor’s settings page, so you can control the amount of notifications you will receive.
To set up your default notification settings, follow these steps:
1 Navigate to your account type and click on "Workspace Settings."
2 Within the notifications tab, you'll notice that 'Anonymous Visitors' are not included in the default settings.
3 Customize each notification by selecting the checkboxes according to your preference, and remember to save your changes.
You can overwrite your default story notification settings for each story inside the story-specific notification settings. Learn More.
